Fellow micronuts: Thanks for stopping by the Monster Microcars t-shirts page. IN SHORT: The highly detailed illustrations for these Isetta and Messerschmitt t-shirts are GREAT, in the classic Ed Roth style. They were done in fact by a local artist who scrawled shirt designs for the late great Big Daddy Rat Fink hisself in the mid '80s-early '90s. I think my guy Mawk works in a medium of vintage traction compound and burned rubber particles. At least that's what he tells me! Don't ask me how it works, but it does and I know you'll dig 'em! COLOR: It's a classic black design on the front of a white or natural-color, 100 percent cotton heavyweight t-shirt. (Natural color is a very light tan. White is the color of your spouse's face when a trailer with another microcar on it shows up in your driveway.) SIZES: Available in sizes L, XL and XXL. (The shirts tend to run a tad on the large size, so if you are tilting between a L or XL you may keep that in mind. Off course they are 100 percent cotton so they might be expected to shrink a little bit. Keep in mind that there's a reason the most popular t-shirt size for car guys is XL!) PRICING: Shirts are $10.00 each, plus $3.85 postage. Please add $1.00 postage for each additional shirt. Shirts will be mailed out via USPS Priority Mail. Foreign orders please inquire about shipping. PAYMENT and MAILING ADDRESS: I accept Paypal, personal checks and money ordres/cashiiers checks. My email address is rumpus2 (at) bitstream.net. You can also send a check or money order (make out to "Ron Thums") to: Ron
Thums (Member of the Microcar & Minicar Club, #118) Thanks for stopping by!
If you've got some spare time, you might want to check out some more of my time-wasting projects: Radio Rumpus Room (This is our weekly surf/hotrod/'60s garage/primitive rock'n'roll/traditional country radio show. We've done it for a full 10 years now, and it streams on the Internet AND is archived in RealAudio so you can hear it anywhere in the world, anytime you want. Unless you have something better to do... but I think not!) Lake Street Surf & Drag Association (dedicated to real hotrods, vintage racecars and those that dig 'em) Bird Dance Beat (compilations and reissues of the great '60s rock'n'roll bands of the American Midwest)
